Who wants to live in the old Amiga Power office?
It's barely changed, by the looks of it.
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/128029895 (Also includes the homes of Amiga Shopper, Super Play, Edge, Your Sinclair, Total, the post room and the smoking attic.) Five beds in central Bath for £750K is a snip tbh, although it'd need a bit of work to turn it back into a family home. I never knew it used to be a pub. |

The outside of the house is interesting.
And yes, it looks like some interior installation is required which will raise the final price... |

Interesting that they just put the price up by £75k and forgot to fix the advert.

I'm surprised by how not expensive it is. I don't know UK housing prices, but a building like this here in Lisbon (or Porto) would be easily twice that.

Funny enough its not necessarily the mortgage that does it in the Netherlands, people don't buy houses because they don't want to cancel their current contracts for electricity. That's just such a crud reason for being tied down.

All of the buildings in Bath have to be built with the specific stone and look similar to preserve the heritage which puts the prices up further. To be fair the building must need work as £750K for 5 beds in Bath isn't that bad. M. |

No, AF wasn't in that building at any point in my recollection. They were next door.

It will likely go for far more than that if someone wants a 6 floor house in Bath. That's quite a trophy home for someone.
6 floor houses are extremely rare outside London and have a certain prestige about them, I can see a bidding war taking place. |
