a3640 v3.0 update service

Do you know of anyone that provides the GAL upgrade service to bring a v3.0 a3640 to v3.1 or 3.2?

I have an early a3640 card with 25mhz 040 that I'd like to upgrade. It already has had the caps replaced and correctly switched around.
