D.N.A Warrior Original

Hey guys,

Does anyone of you have an original of D.N.A Warrior which he could try to dump ? ( Warlock, I think you mentioned having it

)

The problem ist that I have already tried two different cracked versions of this game, and both have a bug when this big brain appears at the end of the game, so that you cannot shoot it down, but the bullets I fire fly right thru it.

I have tried the game on my Kick 1.3 A-500, and since it's a game from 1989 it could also be possible that it needs Kick 1.2, or that it doesn't like the 1Mb Agnus like Double Dragon II ?

Anyway, an original dump would be nice

Need to check my copies out properly, meant to do this a while back but I will do it soon. I seem to remember a problem like this on my amiga 500 many years ago. The same thing occurred to me at the time, about it needing 1.2 kickstart. Will check anyway.

I used to own an original of this a long time ago, but not anymore I'm afraid, only cracked versions.

Now 10 years later. Does anyone have a working version?

Have you tried IPF release too?

Nope. It's seems to be missing in the torrent with IPF's that i downloaded for about 2 months ago. Perhaps it has recently been dumped?

I wish I had the the disk so I could give it another try.

I think it's time to bump this thread.

I'm thinking of this game every now and then. It would be cool to have a fixed version.

good idea to bump this thread. we seem to be getting a lot of fixes lately, maybe galahad or the flashtro guys would take a look at it?
the game looks like a good shooter btw.

We can adjust this savestate so it will be close enough to complete your longplay. Starting outside brain IMPLANT room with all DNA. It will take ~7500 more points to kill the brain IMPLANT.

Im already working on this and its nearly completed. I dont think its a cracking error, I think its a problem with the game, its bugged.

I'm sure the Amiga Master will be glad to know that. The idea about splicing a different savestate into a movie was brought up by hipoonios in another thread. I disagreed in that case but it seems made to order here. All it needs is score, lives and energy bar made to match. It must have been annoying to go that far and have this happen.

Yes. Already fixed i just need to playtest to ensure fix doesnt clash with other levels because of how the game engine works.

It was a while ago since I played this game. So have not saved my source video. So need to start over again. That's not a problem. The game is rather short anyway.

Will see if I will play the game using your savestate or if I'll wait for Galahad fixed ADF. I can wait a bit. I have a many other games to play while I wait

It happens quite often actually that i can't finish a game because the game is broken. Last week I played the Polish game [ Show youtube player ] I spent a lot a time on that, but the ending was broken

100% cracked and bug fixed DNA Warrior is now in the zone... enjoy
