Heh... I can only assume Friki isn't familiar with the Amiga version

One of my faves is Micro Machines '96 - the best version for me, awesome with four players and it has a track designer too. Shame only the original was released for the Amiga.

Wish I never got rid of my Mega Drive

Yeah I know but I'd rather have the real thing

Don't really have the space or cash for any extra machines at the minute though, maybe in the not-too-distant future (and I want to get a Wii first anyway)

I never owned a Mega Drive, but I rented one once with Splatter House 2 and I was determined to complete the game before I had to return it the day after.
So then I did that, and then began casting curses at Namco for not doing a SNES version.
Let's hope the new Splatter House game in development (PS3 & X360) turns out to be a killer.

Splatterhouse is really cool (Arcade, PC-Engine, FM-Towns), but SH 2 and SH3 sucks. I don't need a 3D Splatterhouse, it's probably the same shit like Metal Slug 3D.

You're probably right about the 3D stuff, but I gotta disagree with that SH2 sucks.
However I didn't like SH3 at all, as it just turned out to be a brawler like Final Fight.
Not my cup of tea.

Splatterhouse 2 is a rushed carbon copy of Splatterhouse 1. Try it, the first one has better graphics and a better gameplay.
