I've done an scp and ipf (disk-analyse decoder is for Tactix version though this is Hewson) of the game if needed. In the zone to check.

I couldn't agree with you more. Diskcopy cannot make a copy of a protected disk, so the damage was generated before the protection was put in place. It was just information. The WHDLoad team may take it into account for this version

@Snoopy1234
Your version is different from the official IPF, but it too is affected by the damage caused by Diskcopy

@dlfrsilver
It looks like an area containing sprites, but I'm neither a gamer nor a gfx rip specialist

Somebody could ask Guido Henkel about it. Maybe he knows if it was mastered like that.

Exolon was already damaged by being a horrendous port on the Amiga and ST.

I'm not a gamer and in this case, I'm clearly not going to make any effort

Much better graphics, as usual with Raff Cecco, and the speed is very good, with some slowdowns in places.

Amstrad version has more colours, but less details than the ZX, and also the screen size is smaller. So it's definitely not "much better", about on par given the tradeoffs, I suppose.

Spectrum version feels slightly more responsive too, though this could be subjective.
