I hope this is made, I don't like using 2 separate PSU's.
I would even pre order if necessary..

You'd have to be mad to still be using an original PSU!

Original PSUs are ticking timebombs just waiting to ruin your C64.

I use the 2 PSU solution with an on/off switch to power on/off both at the same time.

Yes they are.. One just fried my c64c's sram (colour ram) last week

Until a 'real' solution appears I'll continue using the original PSU, don't like the idea of grafting 2 separate AC/DC adapters together

Perfectly safe, the actual c64 supply has 2 power supplies in effect in it. (Ac transformer and a voltage reg for dc).

However if you have 2 plug pack power supplies its not wired the same as the power brick so the c64 power switch won't turn the both the ac and dc power off so you need to put both bricks on a power board and switch them off at the mains.

As I said somewhere a few pages back I went the dual psu "wall wart" way and at least feel safe now

But a single PSU solution would be nice to have.
