In that case it might be a good idea to use a line of javascript that loads the GIF at the end of the page file. But you also might want to just change your cache settings

No, the problem is not a slow connection or too much load for your browser, ... the snowman animation causes too much load for the EAB server.

About half an hour ago you could see again just the snowman at EAB and the message: "The server is too busy at the moment, try later again ..."

I live on the west coast of Oz, so no snow here and our winters can be quite mild at times (nothing below 16-17C during the day or 1-3C at night). It's generally been quite a warm Autumn across Australia, not just here on the west coast.

Not sure what the predicted snowfall for snow resorts like Thredbo in the Snowy Mountains are for the coming winter, but at this point in might be best to pack EAB Frosty off to Christchurch or Queenstown in New Zealand for the Euro summer!

EAB has a mobile mode too, just text, no graphics. But don't ask me how to use that, I ended up in this mobile mode sometimes after clicking on some Google results.

At the bottom left of any page, you have a dropdown menu. Select mobile skin.
To get back to normal display, when on mobile display click on EAB3skin at the top.
