Fish! and other Magnetic Scrolls

I'm trying to run Fish! on my P96 Amiga.

I've copied the disk's contents to a drawer on my disk, but when I click to run it a window appears with some text (says Loading), sound is coming from the speakers but no game (stays at wb).

I have the PAL and NTSC monitors in Devs/monitors, tried without them and tried fake native modes for the PIV, still nothing...

Also tried ModePro, still didnt make a difference. I know there is a slave install for the Fish! version from a collection, and a Magnetic Scrolls interpreter, but I'd like to run the original thing.

Any ideas?
Thanks

The slaves installs for Magnetic scrolls games ARE closer to the real thing than copying the disk to a drawer. WHDLoad runs the games exactly as intended, albeit with faster loading.

@DDNI

I'm pretty sure the collection version is different (graphically) than the original one.

(http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/ma...eShotId,11386/) vs (http://www.lemonamiga.com/?mainurl=h...php%3Fid%3D413)

The collection doesnt look as nice on the amiga, due to being lower res. Anyway, I like the orginal best

@Mad-Matt

Well, yes, even though with my PIV, a PAL screen would be visible to the vga monitor.

It seems it's not very rtg friendly...

The collection is hires/lowres depending on what you choose as it used a completely different interpriter compared to the original. I prefure the Original single disk version though. As a side note, ive past on the Original to galahad to add to the whd install (although it stil isnt the answer for rtg support )
