What program do i need to unpack a Dms file to floppy disk.

I recommend DMSWB. It has nice GUI and you don't need to struggle with CLI (if you do not like CLI).

That's why I linked to the whole thread
A few posts further down there is this link : http://adfopus.sourceforge.net/No idea if that works, but it has a GUI and might be able to convert DMS to ADF
