Help finding a mod from an unknown demo

Does anyone happen to remember the name of this (1989-1990?) demo containing a mod for the song " [ Show youtube player ]" by Leslie Mandoki? all I remember is some horizontal scrolling text (and not particularly well articulated) on the wobbling, colour-dithered photograph of a sunset. Must have lasted 5 mins or something. I searched for the obvious keywords, but to no avail.

The mod was very true to the original and the disk was handed to me by some guy from Bulgaria back in 1990.

Alternatively, any mod for the song is welcome, but this one would be most appreciated
