Post A1200 recap

Hi All,

I hope to get my 1200 recapped soon. When my amiga goes under, would that also be a good moment to remove the capacitors that cause problems with accelerators? Or, would that be stupid when the current accelerator doesn't have issues? Another question in that area: I have a revision 1b board, does that board have the capacitor issues or is there even variance in the 1b boards?

Given that my Aga mk2cr is also on its way, this will also be the right moment to remove my RF module and use that space for the DVI connector, right? Or again: am I missing something that would break the machine?

Thanks all!
Cheers

I think that would be acceptable as there is no real need for the RF whether it is connected to anything or not. I believe there is also a slot on the right of the back of Amiga 1200 that could be used as a port of some kind although you may need to router wires to get to use this blank splot.
