A3000 & A4000 Video Upgrade options

Hey all,

I have basically stock A3000 and A4000 machines that I'd like to get higher screen resolutions and colors. I also have a retina display card and a your typical svga monitors (1024x768). I'm thinking I'd put the retina in the A3000 if I could use it as a default display device for work and games activities with out having to do a lot of cable swapping. worse case i can use a kvm For the A3000 800x600 or 1024x768 at 256 colors should be all I'll need.

But the A4000 is a question mark, I'd like to connect it to a higher res. monitor perhaps as high as 720P 16:9 format. Will the stock aga work or do I need a after market device like a picasso II or some other card? Perhaps something like the indivision aga mk2cr.

any thoughts or advice ?

thanks
