Siamese System

Sorry if this is regurgitating an old topic, but,

Has anyone been able to get SiSys workin on a post Win95/NT system, eg under w2k or XP?

If so... how

I'm looking at using ethernet and/or SCSI as the link medium, removing the problems with parallel port hardware bashing, its just the software thats causing problems.

What I realy want to do is not share files, so much as reduce the number of keyboards, monitors, and mice! My KVMs are all PS2 based, and will not work with the Mig (been there, tried it) nor the SPARC, so its the Mig that must go (esp as it is infrequently used)

I'd love to track down Paul Nolan, I was a beta tester for a year or two, and when it worked it worked grand. Had a bust up with Steve Jones and never got the v3 software. It was also a PITA having a hardware dongle (although the best versions were sans-code).

Bugger, just remembered the video switcher is a bloody ISA card. Feck, feck, and double feck!!!

Yeah.... Is there a VNC client?

The most annoying thing about the package is the manual. It's shit. I remember completely rewriting the disk based documentation back in the early days, but it was never accepted. Heck, I offered the rewrite for free as I so chuffed to be beta testing.

I hope I have a beta test copy, as I can't find the bloody hardware dongle either. And its been a *long* time since I hacked x86 code
