I think it was Dune II ... though I may have grabbed some budget or second hand titles after that... but I think that was the last full price one.

Hmm.. tough one. I bought Wasted Dreams, Genetic Species & T-Zero in what all seemed to be the same year, since they were all released around the same time?. I guess i'll put my money on T-Zero being the Last Amiga game i ever bought.

But my favourite out of those 3 was Genetic Species!. T-Zero was an amazing looking shooter but too hard.

Last game would be Beneath a Steel Sky (around the 30 GBP mark) looking at my old software reminded me that I originally paid 34.99 for Doom II

OnEscapee. Bought an external CD-ROM drive. Just after I had gotten my hand on my first ever A1200 with a HD. Didn't have that until 96/97. But I got my hands on a CD-ROM drive used from a store - OnEscapee was new.

Now that I think about it, I can't remember if I bought OnEscapee (with a CD-ROM drive) before or after Capital Punishment. I also bought MYST. I'll just say OnEscapee, Capital Punishment and MYST was the last three games I bought new.

Oh no, there was Sixth Sense Investigations too. Damn, I don't know WHEN I bought that. Well... at least those were the FOUR last games I bought new. I think.

Ah, forget it.

I bought Shadow of the 3rd Moon of Ebay last week (still waiting for it to arrive....) I unwittingly bought a pirate copy a while back with some of the files missing though.

Apart from that I've recently bought T-Zero, Quake and OnEscapee.

Last Game not including ebay was Dragons Breath circa 90/91. Toss up between it and Rainbow Islands, looking at both getting rave reviews in a magazine (amiga format i think).

Boy am I glad we got dragons breath, as no one could copy the damn game, and it was awesome, and rainbow islands was crap(IMHO). Could only copy disk 2 successfully using a particular copy program (dcopy/xcopy/marauderII/"yo ho yo ho a pirates life for me"?), never disk 1.

The games I bought over the last year are: day of the tentacle, Sam & Max, Broken Sword 1 & 2, heretic II, decent freespace, earth 2140, Quake2 & Quake3 iirc.

The last game for my classic was feeble files, but I got to a bit in that that I couldn't get past (my 060-PIV wasn't fast enough) so I sold it, which is typical now I have an A1
