HDF on PCMCIA does not work any more in 4.3.0

Select A1200 or A600 quickstart, add hardfile, select controller, PCMCIA is not in the list any more.

Loaded config does not work, either. The HDF is put to uaehf.device rather than PCMCIA.

Works ok in 4.2.1.

PCMCIA IDE and SRAM are now expansion devices and need to be reconfigured, only config won't work anymore. It was changed to make on the fly change between different device types possible.

Ok.

But this also means that IDE(auto) no longer is the internal IDE port but the PCMCIA port. Maybe the order should be changed. Or PCMCIA should not be listed as IDE port but seperately.

Built-in HD controllers are now always listed first.
