EAB/Lemon Super League 2018: Round 4 - Formula One Grand Prix

Starts: 00:01 March 18th Finishes: 23:59 April 7th

Rules

Post a picture of your score here with the score written underneath. Enter as often as you like. Only scores achieved during the round's time frame count.

Players must use the compo hack, either the Exe, or optionally use the WHD or ADFs provided.
Choose Practice Any Circuit. We are playing Magny Cours (France), Spa (Belgium), Catalunya (Spain) and the Hungaroring (Hungary).
Any tyres A to D, any setup, DO NOT use invulnerability.
Work out your fastest lap in whole seconds, and add your total lap times on all circuits.

DO NOT CUT the track! Janci, ED and I will find out by your lap time...

No cheating of any kind (including score leeching) - this includes save states. No continues/passwords allowed. If you suspect anyone of cheating please let us know in private - anyone found guilty will be banned for the entire season.

Remember, anyone can join in at any time. Have fun and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

NEW V2 HACK

Ok gang, I figured the latest hack was running too slow, so just spent the last several hours trying to figure out why. I finally managed to work out what was wrong with the game, and have updated both the ADF disk 2 and the WHDload package with the new Faster version.

Please everyone download the hack again and test the latest version. I tried this at 25fps on a stock A1200 and it was really slow on the corners. So I reduced it back to 16FPS, and now on an Expanded Ram A1200 it runs almost as well as the beefier machines.

All the same things have been changed in the game - Graphics, Stats, Sounds, Gears, etc - its just that it runs quicker now. The only game change I made was I updated the engine sound to the PC F1GP 2 game sound, which I think sounds nicer.

All the upgrades and enhancements (apart from the 2017 stats - which came from EABs el_pasi) came from the official F1GP-ED pages. I tried to make my own cockpit, using a photograph from a real Mercedes 2017 car, but although this converted into IFF no problem, I could not get the colours to remap to the F1GP colour scheme, and the resulting game had all the colours mixed up like an acid trip, and not in a good way. I attached an image and also the IFF as a ZIP file:

Hope EAB members will be good sportsman and not cut the grass, as we are trying to keep the round fair for everyone.

JanciB - Thanks for the video and the setup. Its always nice to see how people get their fast times, and of course did it without cutting. Hmm... Just looked at scoreboard, and there's a slight mix-up. My best time in Belgium (101,424) is apparently JanciB's result. My best time is only 106,031

and total score currently 326,126

With mihcael's help we've changed the totals table now so that your total time minus 1st place's total time is used to calculate your league points.

So you see your distance in milliseconds to the current leader. The comma-separator is handy here because in front of the comma it shows how many seconds you are behind (unless your distance is less than 1 second).
