minor wish & fix for the gui/window

Toni, a couple of tiny minor cosmetic fixes to consider for the GUI window, and logging options.

When clicking on a configuration file from Windows Explorer, the title of the resulting window is always "WinUAE". Even if the configuration file is named "Amiga 500 Turbo.uae" for example. The config loads, just that the name doesn't show.

But if I click on the same configuration from within the Settings > Configurations page, it will load the new settings and then the window is properly titled. It shows [Amiga 500 Turbo.uae]

So basically there isn't an easy way to tell what configuration is loaded unless I go back to Windows Explorer and see what was last highlighted/clicked.

I also think the ".uae" extension could be omitted from the window title.

Is there an option to disable creation of all log files and the configuration.backup file?

#3 A web page update. Do you think it'd be a good idea to add the official help file/link to the WinUAE page?

2: Why? I always require good enough reason.

-nobootlog or -portable command line parameters disables winuaebootlog.txt.
You can mark configuration.backup as hidden and it will stay hidden

3: If it really is getting updated. I dropped all old links when site was updated because most of them were not updated.

3. Help file from that link was made for WinUAE 3.5.0 (2017.06.15). To see that select "The Gui" in help and you will see screenshoot of WinUAE About page. Anyway, on page is written "Last Update: 1 July 2017".
