Shadow Warriors... as all .ADFs are broken on level 4 in regards to the music, see this thread: Shadow Warriors 4th stage music.

...and the .IPF obviously doesn't have a trainer.

I've decided to swap to the WHDLoad version for now and enabled a tick box for the "Unlimited Lives" trainer.

So please do the following:
  • Delete the <gamedir> "C:\WinUAE\Games\Shadow Warriors".
  • Download, extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

As I'm sure most are aware by now; ross has cracked / fixed / trained "Bone Cruncher"

... BoneCruncher: a resurrection tale
... Bone cruncher wanted

So just download, extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

I also have an HP Dragon I don't use anymore with a Core2 Extreme. Not ancient, though I do have a couple of those too (XP machines anyway, maybe '98) still sitting around somewhere- never bothered to recycle them. I had planned at one point to make the Dragon a media center with Kodi or Media Portal, but now my TV is hooked up to my main rig (as well as four other devices) as a second monitor as needed.

Thank you so very much for all your work on this, and for continuing with it.

I've finally purchased an upgrade for my PC, years after most other people stopped using spinning platters for their main storage, I've installed a NAS and am currently awaiting delivery of a 500GB SSD.

This has given me a chance to finally get everything at least somewhat organised, and one of the first things I did was create a Storage\Amiga\DamienD's WinUAE Collection and moved the initial installer files, as well as all the updates there. And after I install Windows 10 on the SSD, one of the first things I'll be installing will be your most excellent collection. That deserves to take up precious room on the SSD in my humble opinion.

Thank you so very much for keeping the #2 post updated with links to all the information about each update, that will make it so much easier for me when I'm going through and installing it all from scratch.

thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you... That's my fav C64 game and now on Amiga!

Hell ya.

Y'all may find this interesting... I found all the passwords to the levels by peeking in the memory and printing on the screen.

For ml# to ml#: A=peek(ml#): Print A;:Next (ml# is memory location)

I watching the printout watching for patterns and I saw a group that interested me so I added a line to offset A.

A=A+1:Print A:Next

I added the next number til I got to 10 (A=A+10:Print A:Next) and the passwords showed up in text.

If you're installing from scratch then it's probably best if I send you the URLs for the "Base install + Update Packs #1 - 10" incorporated

...then you only need to apply "Update Packs #11 - 15".

Given that Toni has now released WinUAE 4.1.0

...for people that want to update WinUAE in my collection; please do the following:
  • Download the [zip-archive (32-bit)].
  • Extract into "C:\WinUAE".
  • Download the attached "WinUAE_v4.1.0_Registry.rar" file, extract somewhere and then double-click on "WinUAE.reg".
or
  • Download the attached "WinUAE_v4.1.0_INI.rar" file and extract into "C:\WinUAE".

When you use a new version of WinUAE a ROM scan will occur

All settings will still be ok for your setup but the ROMs path I've set i.e:

Quote:
KS ROM v1.3 (A500,A1000,A2000) rev 34.5 (256k) [315093-02] / ".\ROMs\KS ROM v1.3 (A500,A1000,A2000) rev 34.5 (256k).rom"
...will now change to:

Quote:
KS ROM v1.3 (A500,A1000,A2000) rev 34.5 (256k) [315093-02] / "C:\WinUAE\ROMs\KS ROM v1.3 (A500,A1000,A2000) rev 34.5 (256k).rom"
Whereas, just like in my configuration files, I want these to be universal, so you can do any of the following if you like:
  • Rename the "WinUAE" directory to something else.
  • Move it elsewhere on the same drive under another folder.
  • Move it to a completely different drive.

If you're talking about post #1533, this was just explaining to dax the reasons why I always provide updated .REG and .INI files with each new stable version of WinUAE

I should have quoted dax's post to make that clear; done now...

For those of you that have my collection and purchased Tiger Claw, here is an entry

Note: obviously the game is not included, the following is just the configuration file, title / screenshot.

So, do the following:
  • Download / extract the attached archive into C:\WinUAE.
  • Copy the purchased "tigerclaw.adf" into "C:\WinUAE\Games\Tiger Claw".
  • Rename "tigerclaw.adf" --> "Tiger Claw (2018)(RGCD).adf".
Attached Files
File Type: rar Tiger Claw.rar (24.3 KB, 145 views)
