OK, i have checked the manual..... in fact the adaptator is used for player 1
and 2. player 3 and 4 must plug in joystick port.

So the crack won't be that easy..... as you need to remove the adaptator check and redirect it to joy ports hence killing 3rd and 4th player.....

and winuae doesn't support reading parallel port for the adaptator.

There is no such thing as a dongle. It's a simple 4 player adaptor. It's just needed because the menus are accessed through the 1st port on the parallel port. Btw, I've never had problems with the original (non pal-fixed) vision factory crack on either my A500 or my A1200, if I remember correctly.

I you mean physical adapter, no, not possible, PC parallel port can't support it 100%.

Ok guys, it's with great embarrassment and self shame that I bring you this post

I've just tested all versions available on PlanetEmu... I used the same laptop that I did back in December 2005 when originally playing around (nothing has changed in terms of drivers) and I also used WinUAE v1.0.0 as that's what I was using back then...

NON PAL FIXED
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft).adf {CRC32 5A006237}
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF].adf {CRC32 B8806EF5}
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF][a].adf {CRC32 EECC260E}
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF][a2].adf {CRC32 650F2DB2}
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF][t +11 ZNT][a].adf {CRC32 654C18EE}
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF][t +5 Supplex].adf {CRC32 373BA115}
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF][t +5 Supplex][a].adf {CRC32 E73A3549}

PAL FIXED
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF][t +11 ZNT].adf {CRC32 59EBE7DE}
... Dyna Blaster (1991)(Hudson Soft)[cr VF][t +11 ZNT][a2].adf {CRC32 0964BDA3}

All of them work fine without the jerky sound that I experienced back in 2005... One thing I will say is that all the PAL fixed versions seem to run just a touch too slow. Also, the trainer options are switched on permanently with the ZNT versions so avoid these

Sorry to all for waisting time, it won't happen again

ROFL

Well deserved

...yet I'm still puzzled as to why it suddenly works now after testing back in December 2005 using exactly the same laptop / drivers / WinUAE version
