ONE prob with Terratec 512i digital

Heya! What could be the problem with just one AHI mode with my card? The mode is

FM801: 8bit stereo++

When normally testing the AHI-output in AHI-prefs in other audiomodes, it makes a *beep*. But in this particular mode it makes a *be-be-be-be-be-be-be*. So the sound is crippled.

I'm using the latest AHI-archive here. Any clue?

The Terratec 512i doesn't work in the Mediator 1200, had problems with it too

Just realized Elbox has added that it's compatible with the Med 1200 which wasn't the case before if I'm mistaken...just checked their website

It's definitely there on Elbox pages, and says "tested". I'm not using this non-working audiomode for anything, but still it bothers me that it isn't working. The card is in nearly-mint condition, so little suspicion that the card's broken somehow.

Anyone care to test his/hers Terratec 512i audiomode "FM801: 8bit stereo++"?

ahi.device (v6.6 & v6.7) - tried both
AHI-Handler (v6.2)

etc. the latest one from AHI-homepage.

Mediator files:
fm801.audio (v4.5)
mixer.library (v1.9)
pci.library (6.5)

and in startup-sequence: "AddAudioModes REFRESH QUIET"
