BestClassicWorkbench and bsdsocket.library

I run BestclassicWorkbench 2.04 on top of a clean OS 3.2.1 install
and it just won't let me keep bsdsocket.library ticked.
So i installed ibrowse to try out some webbrowing, but it says i don't
have bsdsocket.library, easy enough (says I), quit out of WinUAE,
restart, load my config, go to expansion, tick bsdsocket.library and start...
No change with ibrowse...hm.....F12...expansion tab...bsdsocket is unticked
again...
Quit, restart, load config, tick bsdsocket.library, save config,
load different config, load BestclassicWB config, check expansion,
bsdsocket unticked again :P
Yeah I'm running as admin since it didn't work without (and doesnt with either).
So any idea why this setting doesnt stick with this particular config only?
Tried the setting to the right of it, uaenet.device...that one takes...

Aaaaand fixed...
You will never believe what i had to do...go ahead guess.....aaaahhh you'll
never get it...so here it is: I had to create a bleepin copy of the configuration,
1 setting at a time, alot of loading old config to check fields then new one
to replicate it...worked like a charm, am online now..
Just...you know how you fix 1 thing and then something else breaks...
For some reason the black screen at the beginning of startup now has
letterbox bars on all 4 sides....a well the endproduct is right...
