WB Classic VS IDEFix97

Hi there,

I have just installed WB Classic on my Amiga 1200 with one HDD (two partitions) and one CD-ROM. As I always found IDEFix to be the best CDFS including the great CD32 emulator, I wanted to install it. Alas, whenever I install IDEFix, it goes fine to the point when the CD-ROM is mounted, it then just gives me Recoverable Alert and reboots. Then, whenever CD-ROM is mounted, it gives me the alert. Moreover, the system will no longer boot from the DH0:, it asks me for the WB floppy until I enter the bootmenu and select manually to boot from DH0:
I tried installing the CD-ROM both as ATAPI (which it is) and SCSI but no luck. I also tried AsimCDFS and its even worse.
Is that problem to do with WB Classic or is it some problem with the partitioning?

System parameters:
Amiga 1200, Apollo 1230 MK-III 32MB RAM, IDE CD-ROM Teac 40x16x10, IDE HDD IBM 2.1GB
