I've compiled for the pandora, and it works ok so long ad you configure via the .uaerc file. Can boot to WB off HD files on a AGA 020/030 etc.

Performance is not good enough yet, but no optimization has been done.

What's the point, the cache size for JIT to switch off? Then you do not have a JIT. Nonsense, right?

kamelito: yellow screen is different from yellowish colors.
If you were getting a solid yellow screen on boot then you were getting a boot error.
It's NOT the same problem.

I think PUAE should be usable with http://www.geek.com/articles/games/g...or-25-2011055/

I tried compiling with

[user@localhost PUAE]$ ./build_linux_nojit.sh

I got this error (I'm on Fedora 15)

Code:
In file included from blkdev_cdimage.c:16:0:
../src/include/options.h:530:50: warning: ‘struct zfile’ declared inside parameter list [enabled by default]
../src/include/options.h:530:50: warning: its scope is only this definition or declaration, which is probably not what you want [enabled by default]
blkdev_cdimage.c:23:24: fatal error: mp3decoder.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make[3]: *** [blkdev_cdimage.o] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/user/PUAE/src'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/user/PUAE/src'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/user/PUAE/src'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
I wasn't aware of any mp3decoding dependencies, if that's the case.

Is ./build_linux_nojit.sh the correct script to use? Or should I just use ./configure?

Also, for SCSI emulation, I was unable to compile an early build of CDRtools to get libscg. Would you know of a better way of acquiring this library? Is it still necessary for SCSI emulation?

if you edit the ./build_linux_nojit, to remove the scsi emulation, it will compile; but without CD support.

Right, I'm a relative noob when it comes to compiling anything bigger than Hello World under Linux... Has anyone got a .deb of pUAE that I could try out on my Ubuntu machine? Or a fool-proof guide to compiling it?? Thanks...

Edit: Oops, sorry for the necro there - Saw the last post on the 1st page was 9th Jan... Didn't register that 11 was last year Anyway, can anyone help?

Quick questions:
Does PUAE have WinUAE builtin networking?
Does it support Hardfiles?
