Well, that certainly showed me... XD You're the best n00b in the list so far Biscuit. Well done. I guess you liked the game quite a bit then?

It's a sunny and cosy sunday, so what about a nice round of Super Aleste?

I'll probably give it another go soon.

Surely I should be able to reach 800 000? Or maybe not...

800,000 isn't really that hard Like I said : Use your smart bombs wisely and choose the right weapons. This way you should get there (or even better ).

So the question is, what is considered abuse in this game? There is a level (not milking boss) where you can get a free life every time.

Well that is abusing the game It was the reason why Rocket Knight Adventures was kicked in the first place. Consider every 'extra life loop' cheating

NOOOOooo...!!

I had gotten quite far on level 4... almost up to a million, just when I started getting the strategy of that realm. And then I die..

Oh well. New personal record.

Cheers Predabot Well we could make a new 'side quest' : Get as close to 1 million points without getting it actually. I'm sure you would win this one
There are still some days left, so I'm sure you can improve your score even more

Haven't improved my score yet, will have another bash soon.

Was wondering though - is that the same company 'Toho' that makes the Godzilla movies?

I think it is, actually, isn't it?

I do believe they've had several departments of different kinds of entertainment in the past.

This is definitely the easiest shoot'em up I ever played. My 2nd go in this game and I've completed it (weapon 2 FTW! ):

@TF & TCD: Did you die on purpose to get those scores or did you just destroy everything possible?
