poll for the multi platform tournament

When i saw the difficulty to play fairly rocket knight and even make a screenshot, more than any amiga games i played during the amiga tournament, i wanted to make a poll.

I see turrican3's point and want to know what you guys think about this game. Guess I'll have to check each game in the future to ensure that it's not too easy to score leech Sounds like a lot of work...

For my point of view it's not really the score leeching who is the problem, i think everybody want to play fairly. But with rocket knight even if you want to play fairly and in a normal way it could lead easily to a strange score and this is the problem for me. Even with agony which was banned from lemon you needed to want cheat for making a leeking score, but with rocket knight even with a good spirit it can go wrong.

well i have no problem consulting with tcd or whoever to test games. The problem with this game and the sole reason i think this game is not fair for league play is it rewards a person who can't get past a 1-up spot vs someone who beats the game with 3 or fewer lives lost. I mean have fun with the ROBOT Boxing. Everytime you die you start over next to about 30k in gems. And there is no way to avoid the gems.

Given your points turrican3 and TF, I think we should make a vote for the next (first) game and limit it to one platform (that will change for the next round according to the winners choice). I would say we stick to the Genesis/MD for the first round. How about that?

I know I've seen this game, but the name Devil Crash didn't ring a bell. Did a quick search and found that it's called Dragon's Fury in America and Europe It's a nice yet different pinball game

My suggestion would be Gynoug : [ Show youtube player ]

Oh no. Not pinball again (we played Fantasies in the Knockout and last week started the "Pinball Hall of Fame" on Lemon).

Maybe we should start with something "neutral" like the Gameboy-version of Tetris.

Or the new host, TCD, chooses the 1st game...

So are we going to play it or not? Or should TCD advance with a game proposal.

Tetris is fine for me. One of the most relaxing moments I had in the 90's, was going to the bathroom with my gameboy and play Tetris.

I believe that was the name on the megadrive. For the TG16 it was alien crush followed by devils crush. They remade this for the wii too.

The Japanese version is also called Devil Crash on the MD. I remember that I played it back in the 90's and being used to games like Pinball Dreams this was something different
