Demo (C64 or Amiga): Captured guy gets killed via headshot

I'm searching for a demo/animation, it's probably not from a game but rather some cracker/user generated animation. It was made either on C64 or Amiga, in the mid-late 80s. I don't remember it myself and don't know if I ever saw it, but my dad kept telling me abnout this animation.

In it, we see some guy, I think he was bound to a chair, and someone says in digitized voice "goodbye, [Name]" in an evil voice, and then shoots him in the head, with lots of blood spraying... That's basically about it. Might be pretty obscure, but maybe someone can remember something like this. I guess the main points of reference are the gore and the digitized speech.
