Good work Minuous .. I've just had a read of the Jan 96 issue. It reminded me about the tetris like game called 'Hexagons' (page 47), I loved this variation back then.
*Goes to dig it out and play again* Also theres one 1 have never encountered .. 'Hydrocis' (page 48). This looks interesting, very much like a game i played on the Dragon or BBC (memorys faded here) I also had a good read of the review of AFS, I have used this system since day 1 but its nice to read about it. All in all .. Thank you |

Cheers but i have problems with the .adf.
Im on a fresh installed Win7 machine so dont have my 'tools' to view/sort the .adf. myself atm. It says the disk is not bootable because of checksum errors .. And if i run Amikit and put the disk in DF0: i see 'updatehydrocis' which then launchs an installer in German!. |

Telling from the DOS type, it's a FFS disk, with additionally INTL mode set...
It's not bootable, yes. You need WB to check what's on the disk. BTW did I possibly shoot too quick?! This is maybe a completely different game called Hydrocis! Joe just fired this into the zone without mentioning it anywhere on the forum, so I could only do wild guesses! Last edited by andreas; 01 November 2009 at 23:50. |

Well i ran Amikit again .. And ran the file without icon called Hydrocis on the disk .. and it gives an error 'Kann File Nicht Finden' .. Im guessing `File Is Not Found` or similar ?

No it should be Hydrocris. Joe mentioned it on IRC yesterday and was so kind to upload it. Will ask him how to get it working if he misses this thread.

well...you have to install the demo of the game first...
http://aminet.net/game/think/Hydrocis19.lha then the installer just copy the full version levels to the installed demo version dir.. really simple...but i have problems with winuae...it runs too fast... |

Okay, installed and updated it to the full version. Find the preinstalled version in the zone and on the file server in the 'Games/PD (full versions)' folder in a few seconds Thanks again Joe
