Not a lot of people focus solely on the Amiga in my experience.

We do some on our channel, but it's not our sole focus. You'll want to check out our retro Before Dawn series for Amiga content.

I watch Octotiggy for some occasional Amiga content - they're playing Gauntlet 2 at the moment. And JimPlaysGames has some Amiga content (currently a long running series on Eye of the Beholder II).

It's A Pixel Thing does some decent documentary content about the Amiga sometimes.

Oh and let's not forget the excellent Amigos podcast.

Hope that helps!

A shameless plug.
I have a YouTube channel that, frankly, I don't update as much as I should (maybe this will change soon), but it's done with a lot of love for Amiga music.

https://www.youtube.com/user/AmigaMODs

I only post full game soundtracks not available already on YouTube, recorded from real hardware with pro equipment and masterized slightly and with taste for your listening pleasure (and keeping it as true to original as possible).

I'm working on some updates this week, after a long hiatus, but I am considering going weekly, now that I have a proper rig to do this a bit quicker.
Gonna do three games but I still need to record a few tunes.

I feel awkward mentioning my own channel because I don't like to self-promote. Also, I am new to EAB and don't want to act like some jerk who just stops in to promote themselves and then is never heard from again. I promise I am not that guy, I just happened to see this thread because it is a sticky. My buddy and I started an Amiga only YouTube channel in March 2015 and have been working hard at it. We are starting to get into a groove and get a feel for it. It certainly is not easy, but we have some really exciting projects that we are working on and will be released over the next several months. I just finished editing an intro video that explains what the channel is about. Check it out if you are interested:

An easier way to access our videos is through our website because YouTube can make it difficult to find videos from channels you are interested in.

I hope you enjoy it. I also stream on Twitch when I am not with my friend Anthony if you are interested. We like to create a casual fun atmosphere where Amiga users can come and hang out and have a great time. We have made tons of new friends both online and in real life since we started this. It has been wonderful. Thanks for reading. AMIGA4EVER!!!

I also have a YouTube channel. Mine isn't dedicated to the Amiga, however I do post quite a bit of Amiga related stuff.

I've got a few Amiga videos on Youtube:

Starglider 2, played to completion:

Mind Walker, finished by starting at the highest difficulty:

And a older playlist from when I tried to play it starting on the easiest difficulty which, paradoxically, is MUCH harder, even when cheating and running the emulation at half-speed later in the game. I used hq2x filtering which I thought might work well with the art style in Mind Walker, for better or for worse:

And a Defender of the Crown one, speed up occasionally to reduce the painful repetition:

Any recommendation of YouTube channels with MegaDrive / Genesis content captured from the actual console (not emulation) ? Preferably longplays. SNES would be fine too.

Thanks!
