Fixed AGA (f AGA) TOSEC adf files

Hi. I have question about tosec adf files marked as [f AGA].
What that means? It means that this games are hacked to work with AGA Chip, so they have better graphic than normal versions? Or this games dont work originally on Amiga 1200 with AGA Chip and they were hacked to work on that system?
When I compare both versions in emulator I dont see any difference in graphic.
Any help?

The latter.

Hence the "fixed" and not "enhanced".

It's a bit longer read, but document explains what the different TOSEC tags mean: https://www.tosecdev.org/tosec-naming-convention

Thanks, but I know this link well. I know f is for fixed.
Its still don't answer the question. Its mean it is fixed to work on AGA Chip (same graphic quality) or is it mean that game is fixed to use AGA advantages (better graphic than normal version).
Thanks anyway.

Maybe I'm being fussy, but it should be [f 68020] really, because it was almost always the processor (or sometimes the Kickstart version, which could be fixed using Relokick) causing the incompatibility with the A1200, and the AGA chipset can be disabled in the A1200's boot menu anyway.

Off-topic slightly, but does anyone know of any A1200-compatible cracked versions released before the A1200, of games which ordinarily didn't work on the A1200? There must be times where removing the offending copy protection allowed a game to work, when the official boxed one didn't?

Actually one of the main issues was a lack of blitter waits, and whilst the faster 68020 caused problems with blitter code, if those blitter waits had been present as they should have been, the fact a 68020 was present wouldn't have made them fail.

And in all the games I fixed and put blitter waits back in, I dont remember those same games with the waits applied, having slowdown issues on 68000 Amigas as a result, I.e. leaving the blitter waits out was a wasted effort.

Speedball 2 original didn't work on A1200, my crack for DCS did, the Copylock routines bugged out and didn't decode the addresses in the game properly it wad supposed to.

Lots of others failed for having cpu timed stepper routines.

There were quite a few others whose copy protection was rhe reason for not working properly.
