Beginner tutorials for DPaint IV & OctaMED 4?

I remember back in the day, one of the reasons I happily purchased the various Amiga magazines was that they often had tutorials for programs such as DPaint and OctaMED, to name just two.

Now, in the many years between then and now, I have forgot so very much, which was proven to me rather rapidly when I fired up DPaint IV on my A600 the other day for the first time in years, and couldn't remember how to do much. Back in the day, I had the DPaint manual (came with my desktop dynamite software package), but of course that's long gone too.

So, does anyone have links to tutorials or magazine scans from back in the day or anything that could help? I'd like to get the kids to play around with DPaint, I'm sure they'd have great fun with the animation possibilities, and while I'm sure my ears would hate me, I'm sure they'd have fun with OctaMED too - I know I did, even though I had very little idea how to use it back in the day.

there is also a nice collection of tutorial videos, collected by Peter.
for example, #5 and #6 are deluxe paint tuts
