Anyone got a Batman the Movie mod?

Or mods for any other classic games? The mods in the playlist seem like just user created mods rather than from actual games.

User created? :)

They were created by Amiga sceners! You never checked the demo scene, did you

You can always submit the mods you want, however a lot of games use exotic formats for mods, and modplug does not support them.

No, can't say I did. I didn't even know about the demo scene until I came here. I still don't see what the fuss is all about.

The fuss is about briliant music and stonking eyecandy, all handcrafted in the finest 68000 assembler code you can find, and decorated with some fo teh finest pieces of work by the best pixelartists, ever

I think that pretty much sums it up

Also, you might be interested in knowing that a lot of those composers work professionally for softcos nowadays... Their days with Amiga/C64 tracking surely paid off

So how do you 'play' demos? Through UAE or some other viewing program? And I'm still looking for that damn Batman the Movie mod. I *WILL* find it.

Of course forget about modplay or winamp. These modules are mostly in exotic formats, so DeliTracker/Player, EaglePlayer or UADE is required (sub-players for EP are also available on this page)

in terms of how demos used the amiga capabilities, the demoscene was generations ahead of games. the games now look old and dated.. the vast majority of demos are still great to see.

i never cared for the games on the amiga at all. i love the demoscene still. always will.
