Excellent score, and yes the health is very, very close between us.


I won't share the glitch during the round so no-one is encouraged to use it, but I will reveal it afterwards. I will record a longplay in the next few days to prove I am not using it myself!

They're definitely the deciding factor as to how much health you'll have left. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get a 470,000 score but not with as much health left as you two.

Finishing the game is one thing, but doing better than capehorn was far from being a healthy walk .

I don't know if it's a good idea to tell you how I do it. Because if you score better than me, we'll play tennis next...

OK, we need two things :

1- technique :

a) full strength ;
b) jump forward over the axes (never kneel) ;
c) while jumping forward touch them in the face (I have noticed that they don't shoot axes when they are hitted in the face - thus it should be rare that you have to jump over two axes at the same time) ;
d) repeat b) & c) until they have moved back after the bridge (there they no longer move back)
-> If it's well done, they end up together ;
e) get as close as possible (always by jumping over the axes) ;
f) always by jumping over the axes eliminate them (closer you are, stronger you hit, quicker they die)

2- luck (yes it's an important parameter)

I wanted to do my video as well but this netbook is definitively not powerful enough (with the integrated WinUAE recording, the netbook became so slow that it was impossible to play the game & OBS refused to launch due to a gfx card error (?)) .
So I have decided to make an animated GIF (not a real walk-through but I have tried to grab the most important situations (when it was calm enough within the game - except "dog pit", "giant with mass of weapon" & "giants with axe" for which I have crushed my keyboard and luckily pressed the "PrtSc" without being touched/killed ).
Zelek is not hard to beat but, for some reason, he has a few energy balls that mess with my hair recently .
The video compression on capehorn's walk-through makes the "finish line picture" hard to examine...

I managed to reach Zelek with 2 potions but no health on Saturday but then got hit.
