Theatre of Death

Anybody has seen this before ?
Is it any scene release or maybe unknown budget publisher?
Screen is inside main-exe.
This version works with A1200, unlike IPF and scene TRSI release.

I have NO idea, mai ... I have 2 different disk versions, and a WHDLoad installed version, NONE of them have that screen.... I bet it's a crack?

BTW, I have been able to run ToD on virtually all my Amiga's, from floppy anyway... But, now on all the HD's now, of coz...
