Problem with Laptop Keyboard in WinUAE

Hi.

I just purchased a BENQ laptop, with WinXP, 2GB Ram, and Due Core 1.76GHZ cpu.

I am having problems using my keyboard in WinUAE with input set at 'compatibility mode'.

For some reason WinUAE/AmigaDOS won't recognise the '\' key, which means I can't use "Ctrl+\" in AmigaDOS and roxbox, not a big and major problem I know but still annoying.

It really sux because now I can't install NetBSD3.0 on my laptop as the boot up stops at the keyboard driver which means I will be forced to use *sigh* Windows on my laptop

WinUAE reads keyboard "directly" (via directinput) which means most Windows-side keyboard shortcuts won't work. But it is the only way to read "special" keys like windows-keys, pause/break, etc without side-effects.

Only workaround is to create your own input-configuration via input-.panel.
