Amiga power issue 50 june 1995

Hi there,

I really need to get my hands on a good quality scan of the whole "exile" article - walk through of the hardest parts of the game - in that issue.

None of the AMR team own this issue so unless someone comes to the party, we can't help!

I have both the issue and a scanner. What resolution do you scan at?

We resize them to 100dpi for the site, but usually scan them at 200 or 300dpi - whatever you can handle. The A3 scanner I have at work only does 200dpi in full colour at that size so I use that.

Okay, and how would I get the scans to you?

We can provide some FTP space to upload them if you don't have any. It depends on whether the files you are uploading will need processing (rotating, cropping, enhancing if required and resizing) or not. If they are 100dpi and suitable, they can be uploaded directly to the site. Send Galaxy or myself a suitable test image so we can see what they are like and we'll work it out from there.

Um, I can go a little better than that. I sent in that article. I imagine you've probably resolved any difficulties you had with Exile by now, but I'd be more than happy to help out anyone needing help.

I never completed exile...it's just that my brother wrote and illustrated the walk through...but he lost his copy of the magazine in a move...and I want to get him the walk through at least.

All pages from Amiga Power issue 50 are on the Amiga Magazine Rack (pages 64-65 it seems).
