Billy the Kid

According to Amiga Power (iss 18, p93) Billy the Kid was canned by Ocean.

It was completed to a playable stage, but not to Ocean's satisfaction, and wasn't debugged according to Gary Bracey.

I know there are copies of this floating around, but they might be prerelease.

So was it subsequently released (Is there anyone with evidence eg that has an original copy of this, or a box?) or should I just mark it as unreleased?

Is this a similar game that was on the Amstrad CPC?

EDIT: Holy cow it is, I loved this game, is there an available copy of it somewhere, or would someone mind upping it to The Zone?

Yes, it's on PlanetEmu: Disk 1, Disk 2, and Disk 3.
