I think the Amiga holds a lot of strong emotions for people who grew up with the machine and crying over the memories of spending your youth with it is an understandable reaction. I find that I have many fond memories of playing the Amiga with my mates and it makes me sad sometimes remembering those times, especially now living in Japan with my mates on the other side of the world and the Amiga hardly known here.

Hey man, nothing wrong with a grown man crying It just shows you're human Personally I don't have this, though, because I'm not very nostalgic (not at all, actually).

Anyway, keep using your Amiga, and make sure to keep the emotions flowing

My memories of my amiga days are very strong. Simply because i was around 16 and thats when your going through changes in life, getting a girlfriend, leaving school, long hot summers playing these amazing games (i upgraded from a speccy) and the game sessions with your mates, swapping floppy disks and cheats. During my years i found the 1st loves of my life and i often wrote songs on octamed as when your a teen your very emotional. Listening back to these songs sure does bring the feelings back as you can close your eyes and the memories come flooding back.
