"Collision Level" setting resets

This happens with the latest beta, no idea if it can be reproduced in 1.6.1.

I renamed my personal config to default.uae so it loads automatically as WinUAE starts, and everything seems to function as expected except for the "Collision Level" setting which I had set to "Full" but switches back to "Sprites and Sprites vs. Playfield" when config is loaded this way.

To get around this, I can, once again, select "Full" from the Chipset panel as one normally would, or manually re-load the config from the Configurations panel, but that won't be enough when double-clicking the disk files I have associated to WinUAE; they'll still be launched but with the wrong Collision Level setting.

Quickstart enabled? It will override collision level because there is only one game that requires full collision and full collision will increase CPU requirements. (I guess this could be modified to only override it if collision level is less than sprites&playfields)
