Amiga 600 Case Clips
Hi, Apologies in advance if there are threads about this subject already. I did run a search for Amiga 600 Clips and couldn't find anything.
I saw a YouTube video of a guy cutting up a spare Trap Door cover (assuming it was spare... why would you want to ruin your original Trap Door cover?) and making some replacement clips from this plastic for his Amiga 600. My A600 has fallen victim to the clips snapping off (a previous owner potentially ripped it apart without taking the clips into consideration). Is there ANY easy way of getting something that could be glued in place of the original snapped clips? I would imagine perhaps in this 3D printing world we live in that something could be knocked up using a 3D printer and then that could be glued into the back of the A600 case? Thanks Dave |

Buy a sheet of Plasticard and cut it to measure using an X-acto knife. I can't imagine the clips being so complicated as requiring a 3-D printout.

Hi, Just thought the 3D Printing would make for a better solution than hacking up plastic with a knife that was my thought....
