assistance please

i am running winuae and when i try to load some games i get the following error:
DOS Error #205 object not found on reading "Devs:Kickstart?kick34005.a500"

I downloaded skick 346 from aminet and extraxted using the following:

lha x programs:skick346.lha devs:

I now have a drawer in my devs folder named kickstart, bit when running some games i still get the same error. One of the games i am having problems with is f-18 interceptor.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
