Some newbie questions

I have some questions about how to use WinUAE 0.8.27:

1. First of all I wonder if there is any updated manual availible that describes all the functions of 0.8.27 (or at least some other recent version of WinUAE)?
2. When it comes to the memory settings, what is Z3-fast and what determines how much or little I should use of it?
3. There is a function called ”floppy drive emulation speed”. It doesn´t seem to shorten the loading times, so what does it do for the emulation?
4. About the state files, what is recording rate and recording buffer and what determines how much or little I should use of it?
5. Is it possible to shorten loading times in general by adjusting certain settings?

2. "Z3-Fast is similar to Fast RAM but supplied via the Zorro 3 slots on big box Amigas. You can have upto 256Mb of this RAM!" (Quoted from the above mentioned Help File)
3. It should speedup your floppy speed, I don't know anything about 200 & 400%, but 800% and Turbo is faster than 100%. (And I think 200 & 400% should do the same)
4. I think, don't know it exactly, but I think it records your current game (or what ever) in the given recording rate and does this up to the point when the file reaches 20 MB.

These options are for the recording of AVI files of your gameplay, which is not the same thing as saved states. Saved states are used for saving your game so you can restart from where you left off.
