Blitz 2: Resources

I'd say, post any Blitz 2 guides, tutorials.

I'll go first. I used pdftotext to put these in .txt for easy reading online. So that's why the layout is a bit ugly at times. Reading a pdf looks nice but can get slow. Especially with the 30 mb reference guide.

Blitz Manual: http://www.psyview.nl/ea/blitzmanual.txt
Blitz Reference Guide: http://www.psyview.nl/ea/reference.txt
Blitz User's Guide: http://www.psyview.nl/ea/usersguide.txt

Too big for my server right now. :P Should clean up, lots of websites on there that serve no purpose any longer.

But I found the original site I got it from (I think), so below are the pdf versions:

Blitz Manual: http://math.ut.ee/~isotamm/PKeeled/T...Manual-ENG.pdf
Blitz Reference Guide: http://amiga-manuals.xiik.net/ebooks...0Guide-ENG.pdf
Blitz User's Guide: http://amiga-manuals.xiik.net/ebooks...0Guide-ENG.pdf

In the process I also found a site with some code examples on various subjects: http://www.david-mcminn.co.uk/blitz-...hives/general/

Those PDF links don't appear to work.

Other interesting links:

Amiga Format ran a tutorial from issues 60 through to 66.

CU Amiga ran a tutorial from December '93 to July '94.

Okay, now I'm on Internet Explorer on my dad's computer the link for the manual works but the others give 404 errors. Odd.

Here's a link to the Ultimate Blitz 2.1 CD,
It's on the EAB file server in the folder 'CD/AmigaCD/App' as 'UltimateBlitzBasic2.1CD.rar'.
it's much easier to install Blitz from that than it is to install from floppies/ADF's.

Not only a Blitz site, but it contains many Blitz functions and a search option:

I have Blitz Basic 2 on a floppy somewhere, might get my A600 out and fiddle around, never got the hang of it though.
