As I've already welcomed you in your other thread, I'll not repeat myself

So, you were well into the Amiga scene, what did you do, were you part of a scene group, tell us more

aye I was in a small group called share and enjoy (SAE) for a while then eventually became a modem trader for LSD. I used to do a bit of phone phreaking, sniffing out 0800 blue box numbers and stuff like that. I left school in 92 and basically got into women, booze and drugs. Lost interest in computers and sold all my equipment to fund my adventures in the real world, lol.

I'm investigating LSD, Light Speed Distribution (LSD) and Leeds Software Distribution (LSD) http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=...&postcount=611. You may be able to help

What was your handle back then?

Where you part of the LSD group that provided the LSD Grapevine diskmags?

yeah thats the lsd i was in, leader was martin aka pazza/parasite, from gainsborough in lincolnshire. my handle was nasty boy. dont laugh!

i dont think they were connected or formed from the other lsd's. I know martin and his brother (shagrat) started off on the atari st scene.

Just going through the LSD Grapevine diskmags now, all 21 of them, and I'm checking through member names from the diskmags with the other two groups to clarify that the groups did not merge

Nah! I'm pretty sure they weren't either. Nice to have that confirmation under the belt though, especially one of there X members.

Are you still in touch with Pazza 'cause if you are, give him my regards on my favourite diskmags on the Amiga and regards to yourself for making this diskmag so successful too

If you have any other info you would like to share, please do, I'm all ears

The same SAE as in Scoopex/SAE & Comrade J (aka. Jolyon Ralph)? Did you do any coding for them back in the day?

Not spoken to Paz since 1992. Looked for him on the web though. Last traces I saw of him was a message he wrote to some wannabes who tried to start up a new grapevine magazine. he wasnt impressed.

last i heard he dropped out of the whole computer scene and settled down.

@PMC

Thanks for the welcome. Yes same group but im afraid to say i was never that useful when i was involved. I was but a humble mail-trader, lol.

jiffy bags blathered in tape, with clear tape over the stamps so the postal stamp could be wiped clean and re-used... ah them was the days...
