Hiya people.
WTF have I been? not sure. Want to get back into the Amiga scene but nobody will set me up with mySQL. Asking Ztnet for MySQL is like asking Santa for Courteney Cox in the nip. Not gonna happen. |

RCK - that is what I want to do mate.
With MySQL support and PHP we can probably have ALE up and running again in months. Me and a few real-life friends want to see it up again and get back into the scene. Though we will still be in the retro-retro-scene (ZX/CPC etc) too so not all efforts will be focused on one site but still, we wanna get it up. ABIME? mmm - think I hinted at that before RCK |

Mmm Just another idea but if ALE does move to Abime.net then that could be used as the Amiga news portal?. Save RCK some time

nah, our own amiga news portal is in progress paul
wait & see I was just offering to malc one much better hosting for his ALE website (and not for the ZX/CPC crap, I can't host all the retro planet fans! only amiga related here!) @malc: if you want to relaunch your website on my servers at something like ale.abime.net , just send me a pm and I'll set up dns / mail / ftp / etc accounts. |

So happy to be back, you guys kick bottom. PS: CPC kicks butt too. |
