Devpac & Devpac 2 manuals?

I know this has been asked before but does anyone have a working link to the devpac and devpac 2 manuals. I looked at the last post about this and all the links are broken.

I know you asked for Devpsc or Devpac 2, but is Devpac 3 of any use:

I’m away from my computer at the moment, so can’t check, but it seems devpac 2 manual is on LSD docs 5, if that helps.
