Flicker fix for Amiga 1000

I have a separate amiga setup with my 1000 and a 1084 monitor.
I want to keep it retro so no lcd on this one.

How can I get it to display with hires interlaced without flickering?
Looks like the 1084 will not have a solution made for it and will have to go to another crt or keep just hires mode.

For around $100 I can get Jens solution which will have to have a LCD but really don't want to do that nor spend that much.

You don't have to have an LCD. A traditional VGA monitor will work just as fine, or even better.

Given your requirements, the best bet is a VGA monitor with a GBS-8200 converter. For example see http://www.retro-commodore.eu/2014/0...nverter-amiga/

Note that the Indivision ECS does not work in A1000s with daughterboards.
