Co processor for Ami 1200 Cobra accelerator - Which?

Will anything pretty much work? I've read the manual and it said a 68881 or 68882 and what I've found seems to match. So does something like this work? http://www.ebay.com/itm/401048060467

What do I need to know?

Thanks!

If you have a DKB Cobra, you can use an 68882 up to 40mhz. More info at http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/cobra
