After one year of full -non stop- development on our Amiga AGA shooter: AlarCity,

-Digital/Silver: 7
-Physical/Silver: 8
-Physical/Gold: 30

SILVER:

-Discounted price compared to final release.
-Available as a digital download, or as a boxed or unboxed physical copy.
-All physical copies include a CD, DVD case and printed manual.
-Backers will be personally thanked with their name appearing in both the physical or digital manual and game credits.

GOLD (Limited quantity):

-Get a special Collector's Edition version of the game with loads of extras!
-Available as a boxed or unboxed physical copy only.
-Includes a CD, DVD case, printed manual, poster, fridge magnet and mouse pad!
-Exclusive additional game content!
-Backers will be personally thanked with their name appearing in a special section of both the printed manual and the game credits.

Hmmm, can you tell us what this is exactly?

...pretty sure that when I ordered the "Silver - Digital" I didn't notice this extra addition with the "Gold" package.

Obviously I want the game plus any "exclusive additional game content!" but not all the merchandise so why is this part not available to "Silver"...

BTW, don't really care about the discount. Am happy to pay for all game content / digital

The extra content isn't yet decided as still a large chunk of the final game is missing. But there are a couple options on the table: some special bonus stages, a mini game (we've got this already prototyped but I won't spoil it now) or perhaps an extra game mode. Generally I think it's fair for those that go for the Gold edition to also get something extra from us as a reward other than more paper, prints e.t.c. Of course none of these additions will be essential to the main game itself, so Silver backers won't miss much.

Having said that, we'd be happy to share with you this extra content Damien! Your contributions alone are already MUCH more than the worth of our Gold edition so you've definitely earned this!
We've got other people as well that have gone the extra mile helping us and they are also on that list, same as you (so it's not some special treatment, just our way to say 'thanks').

...I don't mind sending some more cash your way though, I don't expect anything for free; espceially given the amount of hard work / time you guys are putting into this

In any case it's so cool to see that level of support from many of you guys! Makes every single hour of work we're placing in these games totaly worth it!

Well we wanted to do an AGA shooter, nothing more, nothing less. OCS and A500 already has many great games but AGA and A1200/CD32 only a handful.

Other than that and besides the cute graphics there is a ton of stuff going on under the hood. I'm not sure most people in the community actually realise how HUGE this project really is...
