Pinball Dreaming: Pinball Dreams for the iPhone

Over on Amiga.org is an announcement regarding the iPhone game "Pinball Dreaming" Essentially its a port of Pinball Dreams for the iPhone.

I just bought it today and had a blast playing it on the train into work. GFX and sound are the same as the Amiga version.

http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/M...301200965&mt=8

Which makes me think... which Amiga games would you like to see ported to the iPhone? Which games would work better than others and why?

3 and a half quid seems a little steep, considering most apps are 59p. Still might invest tho - loved this game in it's day

I know the guys who wrote it, and although I haven't tried the iphone version the other pinball games written by them are very nice.

yeah, found that one shortly after i posted!

It looks alot more colourful (aga version), and that screen size is cool!! but its a bit jerky in places and the ball and flippers look interlaced when they move!

Theres a option in the configuration to go with the enhanced gfx or the plain old Amiga gfx, if you dont like the new colour schemes.

Finally the first "AGA" version of my favorite pinball game.

What do you push to flip on the iPhone? And what on the iTouch?

Okay. Read the review and watched the vid. Seems awesome! I always wished there was a version of Pinball Dreams where you saw the whole table (or almost).

Redone Graphics are nice and the controls seem spot on.

If they really port Fantasies and Illusions, too, I might consider getting an iPhone after all (or does the game work on iTouch, too?).

Agh! My mistake.

Flippers are activated by touching the left or right hand side of the screen; Tilt is shaking the phone.

Ah, iPod Touch was it (not iTouch). Seems identical to the iPhone minus the phone capabilities - but only costs 1/3 of the iPhone. Maybe I'll get an iPod Touch someday.
