Turtle Table Tennis Simulator

Hey guys,

Does anyone have an ADF of this?

I presume the answer is no but you never know. In TOSEC there are:

... Table Tennis Simulation (1989)(Starbyte)[cr TSL].adf
... Table Tennis Simulation (1989)(Starbyte)[cr TSL][h ACU].adf
... Table Tennis Simulation (1989)(Starbyte)[cr TSL][h ACU][a].adf
... Table Tennis Simulation (1989)(Starbyte)[cr TSL][h Mash].adf
... Table Tennis Simulation (1989)(Starbyte)[cr].adf

These are all possibly pre-release versions missing the "Starbyte" logo and then the "Turtle Table Tennis" image before getting to the options / start game screen.
I would use the .IPF but it asks for the disk to be unprotected (no problem for me but means I can't have this option stored in my base package)...

Tried making copies using various programs but all fail; it's beyond my skillset.

I wonder if some kind cracker (mushasi9 / StingRay / Galahad / anyone else) would mind creating a working .ADF from the .IPF?

Turtle Table Tennis (1989)(Starbyte)[cr TSL].zip CRC32: 46B9977F

EDIT: Turns out that I do have this IPF. I'll have a crack at making an ADF tomorrow. (no promises)

At least there is the german version in TOSEC, it has both Starbyte and Title screen!

Thanks for that mai.

@DaminenD.

I couldn't make an adf out of the IPF so I altered the German version to English by copying the Tabletennis file over and renaming it Tischtennis.

Any reason for "turtle" in title as there are human hands in game? Even floppy disk label is just "Table Tennis Simulation". Maybe title screen is enough.
[edit] There are tiny turtles under table, fair enough http://amr.abime.net/review_7079

seems also possible to create ADF from IPF and replace file "intro" with the one from the german cracked version!
i have put in the zone, but cant give guarantee, that it is 100%(i am no cracker/coder)!

I have made an ADF of a compliation disk of mine and it has Hard Drivin and Turtle Table Tennis on it. The only problem is the Table Tennis game wont run as it keeps asking to insert the disk which is already inserted. My floppy has always done this in all the years I have had it. I can upload it to the zone if someone wants to take a look as they may be able to fix it or salvage some files from it.

musashi9 has kindly cracked the .IPF and sent to me via PM

He has mentioned: "Try this one, needs testing"

I've tried it out and given a quick test; all looks good

... but by no means a thorough testing. Attached so others can also play test.

just upload!

@Musashi9
Nice one, anyway, was it not worth to put cracktro on disk(or at least AmigaDOS output)?
There is no trace on disk, who cracked this game.
